As the name implies, Tri Tipps is all about the tri-tip roast, served in many and varied delicious ways. And, in the short time it has been open, the restaurant has become a big success.

"We've had a very positive turnout," Joseph said. "One guy ate here three times in one day. We have a lot of repeat customers. People walk in after seeing the sign ("Tri Tipps"). People love tri-tip and the word-of-mouth has been dynamite."
